Items Damaged in Transit

If any items were damaged in transit, we ask that you report it to us within 3 calendar days. If the items are visibly damaged on receipt, it's best to sign the carrier's delivery note accordingly. Items should be returned in their original packaging complete with all documentation. Once received back into our warehouse, we'll issue a replacement or full refund to you via cheque.

Items Damaged on Arrival

If your items are damaged on arrival, you have 3 calendar days in which to inform us of the damage. Items should be returned in their original packaging complete with all documentation. Once we have verified the damage, we'll issue a replacement or full refund to you via cheque and reimburse your reasonable return carriage costs. We check returned items, and if a returned item is found not to be damaged we will return the item to you, in this instance you will be liable for the return carriage.

Returns for Items Made To Order

We cannot accept returns or provide refunds or replacements for any items that are specifically made to order unless the item is damaged on receipt.
