• All orders over £95 are delivered free of charge.
• Unfortunately, we can never guarantee delivery times. Deliveries will usually arrive around the same time each week, but this will sometimes vary and cannot be guaranteed.
• You can give us any special instructions for our driver to follow when we make your delivery (apart from delivery time). Many people are out when we deliver, and we can almost always find a good place to leave your delivery.
• We deliver all over Ireland and the UK.
• We prefer to deliver to homes, but we can deliver to work addresses as long as office hours are flexible and the office is in one of our delivery areas. If your office is in a different postcode to where you live, we may deliver there on a different day.
• If you are going on holiday, just let us know when you are away and we'll skip your deliveries.
• We reuse all our meat delivery boxes. Please leave your empties out for the driver on your delivery day or as many of our boxes fold down for easy storage please post back in the enclosed envelope.

Can I specify a delivery time?
Delivery times cannot be offered because of potential traffic problems, driver training or a high amount of deliveries on your route. A lot of our customers may be out when we deliver, all you need to do is specify where you would like your box left for safe keeping i.e. in the neighbours.

What do I do with my empty packaging?
We would recommend that where possible you re-use the boxes for your own good or give them to your local council recycling scheme. Anyone receiving an insulated box can avail of returning the insulation in the bag enclosed with the box. We will give you a complimentary product for your efforts.

One of the items that I ordered was missing this week?
If an item appears to be missing from your order, we may have had to make a last minute replacement. If something is missing please let us know and we will either credit your account or replace the item free of charge the following week.

My order was not delivered this week?
If you have not received your box please call us. If we have made a mistake we will credit your account or replace the box free of charge as soon as possible. If you suspect your box was stolen please contact us.

Direct Delivery or Courier Delivery?
We will deliver the items ordered either by next day couriers or by our own vehicles depending on the area. Delivery within Northern Ireland ranges between £2 - £4 and delivery within the Republic of Ireland is £7 and delivery elsewhere throughout the UK is £25.
